CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 30 days in advance, 40% of the amount paid is retained.
From 7 to 29 days before the event, 100% of the amount paid is retained and we will give you a voucher with the value of the 60% of the amount paid.
Less than 6 days before the event, 100% of the amount is retained.
Minimum of participants
* All our experiences and retreats are subject to a minimum number of participants to take place. No refund will be made, but we will proposed you new dates.
Weather conditions
* The Glamping will decide under what weather circumstances the event is canceled or postponed. In case of cancellation, we will offer you the possibility of attending on other dates. In case of not being able to attend on other dates, we will offer a voucher of 100% of the total amount paid.
* The organization will inform by email about the decision to canceled the event due to adverse meteorological causes within 48 hours.
* The organization is not responsible for possible expenses caused by the cancellation.
COVID19
*If the organization has to cancel the event due to Covid19 restrictions or regulations, the possibility of attending on another date will be given, offering a voucher of 100% of the value of the reservation.
*If the participant tests positive in a Covid test and cannot attend the experience, the test result must be presented to The Glamping and in that case it will be exchanged for a voucher of 100% of the value of the reservation.
